Brink, Abigal, A., of Port Jervis, was arrested on May 21, 2026, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as an additional traffic offense.  Brink was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and additional traffic summons returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on July 9, 2026.

Cruz-Munoz, Ronando of Middletown, NY was arrested on May 28, 2026 and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as additional traffic offenses.  Cruz-Munoz was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on July 2, 2026.

Earl, Jerry Richard, Jr., of Chester, NY, was arrested on April 19, 2026, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor. Earl was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on June 23, 2026.
