Fajardo, Richard, E., of Middletown, NY was arrested on February 13, 2025, and charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor. He was processed and subsequently arraigned in the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court. He was released with time served.


Henderson, David, A., Jr., of Otisville, NY was arrested on February 15, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Henderson was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court on March 25, 2025.


Ramos Ortiz, Jair, of Middletown, NY was arrested on February 16, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Ramos Ortiz was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court on March 13, 2025.


Lee, Peter, H, of Chester, NY was arrested on February 22, 2025, and charged with Operating a Motor vehicle while the registration was suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Lee was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court on March 25, 2025. 


Bennett, Bruce, B, of Port Jervis, NY was arrested on February 28, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Bennet was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court on March 25, 2025.
