Simmons, Shelice T., of Middletown, NY was arrested on March 3, 2025, and charged with

Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor, and

issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Simmons was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on April 10, 2025.

Brush, Brittaney J., of Otisville, NY was arrested on March 12, 2025, and charged with

Harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation. Brush was processed and released with an

appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on March 25, 2025.

Cosh, Beverly, of Otisville, NY was charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation.

Brush was issued Court Summons returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on April 10,

2025.

Rodriguez, Joshua J., of Port Jervis, NY was arrested on March 13, 2025, and charged with

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree, an unclassified

misdemeanor, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Rodriguez was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on April 10, 2025.

Douglas, Zidan K., of Middletown, NY was arrested on March 14, 2025, and charged with

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified

misdemeanor, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Douglas was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on May 8, 2025.

Soto, Anthony C., of Otisville, NY was arrested on March 22, 2025, and charged with Petit

Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree, both Class-A Misdemeanors. Soto was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on May 27, 2025.

Piccininni, Cristiann, Homeless was arrested on March 24, 2025, on an outstanding arrest warrant out of the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court. Piccininni was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on March 25, 2025.

Marziano, Dennis A., Homeless was arrested on March 24, 2025, on an outstanding arrest warrant out of the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court. Marziano was processed and arraigned in the Orange County Central Arraignment System. He was released on his own recognizance and given a return date of March 25, 2025, returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Justice Court.

Clarke, Bless H., of Middletown, NY was arrested on March 29, 2025, and charged with

Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor, and

issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Clark was processed and released with an

appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on April 22, 2025.

Cruz Solis, Jesus, of Middletown, NY was arrested on March 31, 2025, and charged with

Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor, and

issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses. Cruz was processed and released with an

appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on April 15, 2025.
