Gipson, Norris L, of Middletown, NY, was arrested on August 11, 2025, and charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified Misdemeanor, and with Operating a motor vehicle without insurance, a traffic infraction.  Gipson was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on September 11, 2025.

 

Landa-Pineiro, Jonathan, of Matamoras, PA, was arrested on August 25, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified Misdemeanor, and issued additional vehicle and traffic summonses. Landa-Pineiro was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on September 28, 2025.

 

Franklin, Kristy M, of Otisville, NY, was arrested on August 26, 2025, on an outstanding arrest warrant issued out of Schenectady County.  Franklin was processed and turned over to the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Ingram, Reginald J., of Middletown, NY, was arrested on August 27, 2025, and charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, both unclassified misdemeanors, and with Operating a motor vehicle without insurance, a traffic infraction. Ingram was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on October 9, 2025.

 

Brown, Amelia M., of Port Jervis, NY, was arrested on August 28, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified Misdemeanor, and issued additional vehicle and traffic summonses. Brown was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on October 9, 2025.
