Grant, Alivia, J, of Huguenot, NY, was arrested on December 9, 2025, and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, an Unclassified Misdemeanor as well as multiple traffic offenses. Grant was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on January 27, 2026.

 

Schwab, Peter, A, Jr., of Port Jervis, NY, was arrested on December 11, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree, an Unclassified Misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses. Schwab was booked and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses to appear in the Town of Mount Hope Court on January 20, 2026.

 

Carver, Stuart, T, of Middletown, NY, was charged on December 22, 2025 with two Town Code Violations.  Carver was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Mount Hope Court on January 27, 2026.

 

Vogt, Lisa, M, of Lords Valley, PA, was arrested on December 23, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses.  Vogt was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on January 27, 2026.


Martine, Eric, of Wallkill, NY, was arrested on December 27, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an Unclassified Misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses. Martine was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on January 27, 2026.

 

Lewis, Harold, of Otisville, NY, was charged on December 30, 2025, with a Town Code Violation.  Lewis was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Mount Hope Court on January 27, 2026
