Cutler, Oliver M., of Middletown, NY, was arrested on July 12, 2025, and charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified Misdemeanor, and issued additional vehicle and traffic summonses. Cutler was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on August 14, 2025
Wilson, Randy A., of Huguenot, NY, was arrested on July 14, 2025, after being involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident. He was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Wilson was processed and released with an Appearance Ticket and additional vehicle and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on August 14, 2025.
Depolito, Tina M., of Montague, NJ, was arrested on July 18, 2025, and charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified Misdemeanor, and issued additional vehicle and traffic summonses. Depolito was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on August 26, 2025.
