Beattie, Aaron, of Otisville, NY, was arrested on October 4, 2025, and charged with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. Beattie was processed and held for arraignment through the Orange County Central Arraignment system.  Following arraignment, Beattie was released on his own recognizance and given a return court date of October 9, 2025 to appear at the Town of Mount Hope Court.

Reiley, Patricia, of Port Jervis, NY, was arrested on October 8, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses.  Reiley was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and additional traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on December 11, 2025.

Berrios, Derek J., of Otisville, NY, was arrested on October 12, 2025, and charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation.  Berrios was released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on October 28, 2025.

Hernandez-Moneda, Herberto, of Middletown, NY, was arrested on October 12, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, an unclassified Misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses.  Hernandez-Moneda was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and additional traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on October 28, 2025.
