Burgher, Lamando, of Middletown, NY, was arrested on September 7, 2025, and charged with Attempted Assault in the 3rd degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. Burgher was processed and held for arraignment at the City of Middletown Court. Upon arraignment, Burgher was released and given a return court date of September 11, 2025 to appear at the Town of Mount Hope Court.
Burgher, Lamando, of Middletown, NY, was arrested on September 8, 2025, and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. Burgher was processed and transported to Central Arraignment in Goshen. Upon arraignment, Burgher was held on Bail at the Orange County Jail and instructed to return to the Town of Mount Hope Court on September 11, 2025.
Murphy, Michelle R., of Middletown, NY, was arrested on September 11, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses. Murphy was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on October 28, 2025.
Carrasquillo, Brianna L., of Yonkers, NY, was arrested on September 26, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses. Carrasquillo was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on October 28, 2025.
Lopez, Martin, of Cuddebackville, NY, was arrested on September 29, 2025, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as multiple traffic offenses. Lopez was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on October 28, 2025.
